Marv Wilder
President
Marv is the founder and head coach of Longbow Freight
Systems. With thirty-five years of freight management
experience Marv Wilder has steered everything from big
rigs right through to the development of one of North
America's most effective freight moving systems. He
is recognized as one of the most forward thinking professionals
in freight today. Service and Integrity are the cornerstones
on which Longbow has been built. Every client benefits
from Marv's experience and overseeing of the process.
A philosophy of providing service above expectations
and treating clients, shippers, drivers and staff as
"partners" in this process, have proven to
be a winning formula for all parties.
Jacques Dupont
Vice President of Operations
Jacques is the co-founding partner of Longbow Freight
Systems. Known as "Duke" to his friends and
team members he exemplifies a "true-grit"
commitment to service excellence. Duke has applied his
hands-on experience gained, from his roots in freight
transportation, to the development of the highly sophisticated
Longbow logistics, tracking and freight management systems.
While Duke has used the most advanced technology to
create system structure, he believes that his team's
relationships with our carriers and attention to detail
that ensure on-going client satisfaction. In addition
to constantly providing his team with current logistics
technology training Duke mentors each, as they become
specialists in their respective fields.
Jeff Wilder
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jeff's formal background is Sales & Marketing and his
accomplishments include the development of successful
businesses in high-tech and entertainment. However,
his first love is the freight industry, as Jeff found
out during the first eight years of his carer. Jeff
rejoined longbow in 2001 and now combines his operational
knowledge of freight management with his unique ability
to assess market needs and translate them into meaningful
client service packages. A skilled listener and negotiator,
Jeff has been responsible for spearheading the development
of Longbow's "customer first" initiatives
in domestic and international markets. In today's fast
paced global environment Jeff keeps Longbow ahead of
the field by bringing you complete logistics supply-chain
solutions specific to your needs.
